Law and Technology Curriculum

This section is publicly accessible.  It links to a searchable resource on the Legal Technology Laboratory (LTL) website administered by the UMKC School of Law that contains information regarding over 1200 curricular offerings at U.S. law schools at intersections of law, technology and public policy.  Those offerings include Doctrinal Courses, Skills Training Courses, Project-Based Course, Clinics (Live Clients), Labs (Creating/Applying Technology), Centers or Institutes, and Multi-Component Concentrations/Certificates.  They are categorized in the LTL website resource into four Categories (with some offerings falling into more than one Category):

  • Offerings that Create or Apply New Technology
  • Policy Development Regarding Emerging Technology
