Transactional Clinics Introduction

The proliferation of transactional legal clinics amongst law schools is a relatively recent phenomenon. Out of the approximately 200 accredited American law schools, all of which have some sort of clinical program, less than half have transactional clinics. The numbers, however, are growing substantially with law students demanding more diverse experiential learning that reflects the practice alternatives that exist in the marketplace.
