Summary:

The following is an index of clinics operated at law schools in the United States that provide legal services assistance to entrepreneurs and innovators, in many cases on a pro bono (free) basis.  The indexed list is organized geographically, state by state, and the District of Columbia, in alphabetical order, and each clinic entry includes a link to its website.

The scope of matters handled by these clinics varies significantly.   Many law school clinics  provide legal services on the formation of small and emerging for profit businesses, nonprofit organizations and/or hybrid organizations. Other types of services offered by some of the clinics listed include intellectual property matters, technology commercialization, community economic development, and various types of transactional work.
