Content Guidelines
The EshipLaw Editorial Team has the sole discretion to accept or reject the content you submit. By submitting your content you grant to the University of Missouri (“University”) and its successors the right to publish your submission on the EshipLaw website, and to edit or condense your submission for publication, and you give your consent and permission for anyone who accesses the site to use your submission. Further, by submitting your content (i) you represent that your submission is your original work, that is does not infringe upon any other person's copyright, and that it does not violate any other rights of any party, including but not limited to, rights of privacy and relative to defamation, and (ii) you agree to hold the University and its Curators, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and consultants harmless, and agree to defend them against, any claims based on the preceding representations. The University and its successors have the right to use your name in connection with your submission, but have no obligation to do so. By submitting your content you agree to the foregoing conditions.
