In addition to the governmental agencies with helpful resources for entrepreneurs and innovators accessible through links provided in the Other Resources-General Information Re: Legal Issues and Forms section of this website, there are many help centers/networks throughout the country, on a national, regional and local scale.  For example, the Kauffman Foundation, in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the University of Missouri-Kansas City Henry W. Bloch School, has sponsored “KCSourceLink” (see http://www.kcsourcelink.com/ ) as a valuable tool connecting entrepreneurship facilitators and resources in the Kansas City region which won the U.S. Department of Commerce’s 2007 Excellence in Economic Development Award for Enhancing Regional Competitiveness.  The KCSourceLink model has now evolved into USSourceLInk (see http://www.ussourcelink.com/). In addition, the Kauffman Foundation offers through its on-line “Kauffman Founders School” (http://www.kauffman.org/what-we-do/programs/entrepreneurship/kauffman-founders-school) a curriculum for entrepreneurs which includes, among many other topics, material on intersections of law and entrepreneurship—for example, see its Intellectual Property modules at http://entrepreneurship.org/en/Founders-School/Intellectual-Property.aspxSome other notable examples of help centers/networks for entrepreneurs in the U.S. are:
