In addition to the governmental agencies with helpful resources for entrepreneurs and innovators accessible through links provided in the Other Resources-General Information Re: Legal Issues and Forms section of this website, there are many help centers/networks throughout the country, on a national, regional and local scale.  For example, the Kauffman Foundation, in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the University of Missouri-Kansas City Henry W.
